Masters Week!
Anyone flying the green dial or bezel for the 90th Masters Tournament? I can remember when Omega came out with a (green) Aqua Terra for Rory Mc Elroy many years ago. Enjoy this major 2026!

What kind of activities do you tend to avoid while wearing mechanical watches? Riding motorcycles/bicycles? Tennis? Shooting? Golf? I tend to be cautious and remove my watch for all of these activities, but curious to see how others wear their watches.

This is an excellent deal, just needs some TLC and a service I just had it in my cart and let it go because I truly dont need a 3rd Overseas.

All the (endless) media chatter about Watches and Wonders got me thinking about going to some live events/shows this year. Has anyone been to W&W? Is it worth it? A friend of mine said that going to Geneva Watch Days in September is much better.
How about US events? Or Dubai, although it seems like it might not be the best year to travel to the Middle East...

Hi I am smitten by this piece. But want to be careful and not rush into things. Daniel Roth S247 Masters Chronograph in stainless steel, fitted with a strap and the original stainless steel double-folded Daniel Roth clasp. The watch is powered by the automatic Caliber DR500 movement, derived from the legendary Zenith El Primero, celebrated for its high-beat chronograph architecture and reliability.
C24 asking price is $16,890
Thoughts?

What is everyone wearing this week?

We could comfort each other.
What pieces are you waiting on and how long have you been waiting?
Do you have purchase history?
I am "registered my interest" (puke) at two local Rolex ADs for the GMT Master 2 Rootbeer and Bruce Wayne on 2/3/26. No purchase history. Don't expect the BW; kinda feel like I should get a call on the two-tone sooner than later, but it's crickets over here.

Looking for a great used Seiko ssc929
yellow chronograph. Newest model. Under 325-345 shipped? Anyone have a lead?

Curious between these two:
Speake-Marin Ripples vs Louis Vuitton Tambour
Very different vibes, but both are tempting in their own way.
Which would you pick, and why?

Curious about an offer of 10,500 USD, no box, no papers and described as "excellent condition". It appears to have a 3rd party strap. I missed picking one of these up a couple of years back for around 8,500 USD.

Hi guys Fed here!
Let's do little member roll call. Post who you are, where you are from and what brought you here!
Obviously I am Fed. I live in Miami and I am the creator/admin of FTW. I have been collecting and working in watches since I dropped out of college many moons ago. Started by serving champagne in the Cartier Fifth Ave boutique in NY to now having a youtube channel, this great community and delraywatch.com. Watches is my addiction and unfortunately I think I am too late for a twelve step program!

A cousin recently gifted me a surprise Christopher Ward C63 Valour chronograph and I quite like it. Comfortable reverse panda, looks sharp, nice finishing, well priced, and has a 1/10th second dial which is pretty cool. I am particularly intrigued by the new C63 GMT and C1 Jump Hour. I also like William Wood, interesting backstory and designs although I've never handled one.
Wondering if anyone owns any references and your thoughts.

Hi All,
I've been seeing a whole bundle of watches out of Hong Kong on chrono24. From what I've read, swiss watches out of any country should only be subject to swiss tariffs (15%). Is that true? But more generally, what's up with Hong Kong right now, are Chinese buyer's trying to cash out of their watches en mass?

I'm starting to get an ap offshore bug as they seem like pretty good deals sometimes.
I'm wondering if people have any advice on how to go about it as there are a trillion models many of which I like. I suspect two big factors are scratches and comfort. The brick for example seems awesome with the bracelet but that doubles cost and seems like it'd be hard if it doesn't fit perfectly. And the full rose gold bezels are beautiful but I worry I'd damage them and while I don't mind some scratches on my watches, a protuberant well finished bezel like that seems like having an exposed nerve.
So I'm thinking maybe a rose gold case with a ceramic bezel on a rubber strap might be where I'm leaning. But there's one steal model I think is really cool too and is half the price of the rose. I think the 3/6/9 config with the magnified date is my favorite.
Any other factors to keep in mind? Anyone have a favorite model?

I'm curious what you guys are reading online when it comes to watch content.
Since Hodinkee essentially became an advertising platform for LVMH seems like there's a gap in the space. I've been reading Unpolished by Tony Traina, which tbh I don't love, and some other substacks like Velociphile and even a blog to watch.
What's on your subscription/reading list?

Is 3k a good price? With box and papers. Looks like it’s still under warranty until November.

I was thinking it might be really cool to actually be able to set an alert or identify a model or a brand that you're wanting and getting an alert via email when it shows up in the dealers market.
