The FTW Dealer Marketplace is not a traditional retail store. It’s a private, members-only channel to real dealer pricing and real dealer inventory.
Because these are true wholesale-level transactions, our buying terms are stricter than standard e-commerce, and every confirmed purchase sets real dealers and real watches into motion.
These policies ensure fairness, protect the integrity of the marketplace, and allow us to offer pricing that simply isn’t possible anywhere else.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made by wire transfer or Zelle only. We do not accept credit cards, ACH transfers, PayPal, or any other payment method.
Payment must be received within three (3) business days of purchase confirmation.
Shipping & Insurance
Shipping and full insurance are free within the continental United States. International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $150 USD, fully insured.
For select watches located in our foreign offices, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. (You will not be responsible for duties on these specific items.)
International Duties & Taxes
For all international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Inspection Period & Returns
We honor returns within 24 hours of delivery only if the watch is not as described. Returns for any other reason — including buyer’s remorse — will not be accepted.
For returns originating outside the continental United States, all costs, duties, and logistics are the responsibility of the buyer.
Authenticity & Condition
Every watch is inspected by a master watchmaker for functionality and authenticity before shipment. However, all watches are sold as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied unless stated otherwise in the individual listing.
Commitment to Purchase
When you click “Confirm Purchase,” you are committing to buy the watch. This action initiates the dealer transaction, removes the watch from active inventory, and triggers all marketplace terms.
Members who confirm purchases and fail to submit payment may lose access to the marketplace or be permanently removed from the FTW Collective. This is a professional environment - your word is binding, and your commitment must be honored.
All Sales Final
All sales become final after the 24-hour inspection period has expired.
