(Original) Bremont still worth collecting? I love them!
I'm an original Bremont collector who turned away from the brand as their prices mounted and the marketing stories took over. But I had so much genuine fun and still find the watches so handsome and versatile, I kept some and recently started to acquire some their classics.
Prices on pieces from when the founders still controlled the company are of course lower, but their good stuff is starting to become more rare. Collectors are holding on to some of the best models.
My question is, do you think its worth it to collect classic Bremont now? Does FTW, consider Bremont watches from the founders' era up to a standard and desirability that are worth collecting over the long-term? Are they respectable enough for me to continue acquiring? Regardless of my enjoying them!?
