Just wanted to keep you guys updated. Fedex has been massively disrupted this week (weather). We have many dozens of watches stuck in Memphis that are destined for the marketplace. We will work as quickly as possible to get them up once they arrive.

Hey guys, I want to take a minute to introduce you to two members of my expert team - TaoChin and BigTX.

Both are industry insiders and admittedly much smarter than I am (but I'm better looking).

I met TaoChin many years ago on a watch junket in Switzerland and then we worked together when I was his rep at Richemont and he was at another AD. He currently works at a multi-brand AD in the North East, he's a true watch nerd and a great guy. His identity has to be private because most ADs frown on their employees sharing inside information and they are specifically required not to participate in social media discussions around product. We've bounced ideas off of each other for years and I'm sure he'll be a welcome addition to the pro team at FTW.

BigTX is a B2B dealer that I've worked with since the launch of Delray. We call each other weekly to discuss deals and potential opportunities and he knows the ins and outs of buying and selling even better than I do. Most importantly he's a true watch geek (unlike 99% of wholesalers) and loves sharing his knowledge and talking about watches.

Hey guys . . . quick little forum tech update.

Email notifications are now LIVE. There are three types of email notifications:

1. When your thread receives a reply

2. When your post receives a reply

3. When you receive a private message

By default, all members are opted-in. The settings to opt-out of receiving these emails are located in you user profile page and are toggled by a simple switch (just above the Find My Grail settings).

Also, we have changed the nested reply setting within threads so they are now visible by default and this improves legibility and the user experience overall.

Lastly, we are neck deep in beta testing the implementation of Rich Text replies, which will allow attachments to all reply post (think photos!) as well as links, videos, etc, etc. I will be announcing this ASAP, but rest assured progress has been made and it remains a priority.
