What kind of color difference should you expect between the lume on a vintage watch’s dial vs its hands?

On this example, the dial plots have a nice pumpkin tone, but the hand lume is much lighter. Is that normal aging, or does it suggest the hands might not be original?

Interested in purchasing a Breitling Superocean Heritage on Chrono24. Watch is dated 2025, and is unworn/new condition. Do these watches generally fall under the Breitling warranty?
