Seamaster Bond (Brosnan era)

Hi, guys!

I'm looking to buy a Seamaster Bond (first gen, ref. 2531.80, but with luminova instead of tritium). Got 2 questions for you:

I know many of them suffer discoloration on the tip of the seconds hand. Do you have an idea of the cost of having the seconds hand replaced for a new one from Omega?
Considering I live in Europe, where would you look for that watch besides Chrono24? Any seller/website recommendations?
